Trinity Marketing, Inc. accepts returns of purchased items within 7 days from the received of products IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE
Supporting documents and other proof will be requested in order to validate the customer’s claims. A sales Invoice is required to be presented for the claim.</p><p>
Terms and Conditions:
1. Item must be returned in its original packaging. Pouches, wraps, accessories, manuals, freebies, bundled items, and original boxes should all be included.
2. The item should still be in its original state and not altered. Wiring kits should be intact and not dislodged from the holders.
3. For items with manufacturer or factory seal and the seal must not be broken and still be intact.
4. Trinity Marketing, Inc. will decline and void the manufacturer’s warranty and will ask the customer to pay for the shipping fee
should the item returned is found to be:
a. Damaged due to mishandling, neglect, or ignorance
Trinity Marketing, Inc. applies the manufacturer’s warranty for all items sold. All products related issues would be dealt with by the manufacturer. Trinity Marketing, Inc. will provide assistance and act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer/supplier.
We make sure all products sold are FREE from defects. If in case that you receive a product that is defective please check our return policy for details.
>Trinity Marketing, Inc. products will be assessed if the item is defective and notify the customer about it.
>If the defective products need to be repaired, our customer service will coordinate and advise the customer about it. Then upon repair, we will send the items back to the
customer FREE of charge.
>In case the defective product is beyond repair a replacement will be sent to the customer FREE of charge.
>In case there is no replacement available already we will gladly credit the same amount paid by the customer into his/her account or exchange for other products in
